Terms and Guidelines The Get the Gouge eForum allows you to voice your thoughts and opinions in an open forum and to hear what fellow Warriors and people around the world have to say. We encourage an atmosphere of thoughtful debate and recommend short and concise postings (generally, fewer than 300 words). All comments are reviewed for publishing use. You are solely responsible for any statements that are posted using your account. You may not violate, plagiarize or infringe on the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights. You acknowledge that any uploaded materials will be considered to be in the public domain. Do not use oversize fonts and any HTML tags designed to generate such fonts. Advertisements, chain letters, charity requests, petitions for signatures or any solicitation of other users are inappropriate, and the posting of such items is prohibited.
LIABILITIES You agree that you will indemnify and hold harmless Get the Gouge and the U.S. Naval Institute and its directors, officers, Board of Directors and agents from any and all liability resulting from publication, distribution or redistribution related to the posted material or the use of the material by any person (including liability resulting from any virus, worm, "Trojan horse" or other contaminating or destructive feature of the data). Given the nature of this service, we cannot verify the accuracy of statements that users place on the Get the Gouge eForum. It is impractical to review all statements after they are placed on the bulletin board. And even if statements could be reviewed, we are not in a position to investigate and confirm the accuracy of a user's statements.
